As an international new grad, I had my work cut out for me. But the feedback you gave me over 4 iterations of my resume, got me shortlisted for a role (which is almost a dream job) that typically does not take new grads. I am currently being flown to San Francisco to meet the team and work with them for 3 days, and this is something I would not have imagined a month ago. I really like this video and I think it could help out a lot of others. I improved my response rate from 2/500, to 10/50 this internship cycle by really getting into the mind of a recruiter, and your tips are what I used. I realized the resume was purely for the recruiters eyes so a lot of the technical stuff can fall off for keywords.

Your advice to tailor the resume to the job title rather than each job saved me a tremendous amount of time. The resume template you shared is simple and amazing. The advice about ensuring that each bullet point includes "what", "how" and "results" (plus keywords) really helped my bullet points shine.

Helped me realize that recruiters will read my resume, not fellow students. Moved my resume from a 1 /95 ratio to a 1/40! His advice, for SWE interns at least, was golden and it landed me about 7 first interviews. A couple of months ago, I couldn't believe the possibility of juggling offers, but it was a reality made possible by the direct review of my resume. Can't believe he reviews these for free!
